Hospitalization information
HOW WE WORK
Hospitalizaion information
All our activities are carried out with the utmost respect and care towards the patient. We have a series of internal services and regulations specifically designed to guarantee high quality standards.
In the hospital room the patient must limit himself to keeping with him only what is strictly necessary or small sums of money. The Hospital Management does not assume any responsibility in the event of any theft by third parties.
The patient who is discharged will be given a report with the diagnosis, the tests carried out, the therapeutic plan to follow and useful information for subsequent checks. This report will be presented by the patient to their GP for the continuation of treatment.
The request for documentation can also be made by fax or post, following a photocopy of the subscriber’s identity document and the receipt of payment of the fees.
The copy of the medical record is issued upon written request of the person to whom the documentation refers, provided he or she is an adult. The release of health documentation (medical records, reports, etc.) can therefore be carried out after a written request to the medical management of the hospital and after payment of the fees:
by the holder of the health documentation, subject to verification of personal identity;
by a third party, subject to personal identification, with delegation from the entitled person in a written document accompanied by a photocopy of his or her identity document;
to the third party who is entitled to obtain the health documentation (Judicial Authority, judicial police, INAIL, INPS, lawyer authorized for diversionary investigations, technical consultant of the Judge’s office, Prefectures and other public authorities that carry out functions in health matters);
to a person exercising parental authority, subject to self-certification of the relevant status;
to the emancipated minor with self-certification of the relevant status pursuant to art. 390 of the civil code;
to adopting parents with self-certification of the relevant status, with the authorization of the judicial authority in the sole hypothesis that the health documentation shows original maternity and/or paternity;
to all those subjects who find themselves in the position of guardian or support administrator of a prohibited person, or of the heir or of each of the co-heirs, upon presentation of the specific documentation of status or impediment.
You can request the Certificate of Hospitalization at any time during your hospitalization.
A copy of the Medical Record will be issued to you after discharge upon written request to the medical management of the hospital and upon payment of the fees.
They can be requested from the medical staff at the end of the morning visit. The Director receives, by appointment, on Fridays from 6pm to 7.30pm. Telephone information cannot be released.
The medical examination is carried out daily on weekdays from 9.00 to 12.30 (except for variations due to particular problems or emergencies). Please stay in your room and turn off your cell phone.
The instrumental tests are normally carried out in the morning (any fasting is communicated by the staff in the afternoon).
The rehabilitation program is carried out by physiotherapists daily on weekdays (except for changes in schedule and schedule for organizational reasons).
