The Visits
Visits by relatives and friends are allowed from 18.30 to 19.30 on weekdays, from 13.00 to 14.00 and from 18.30 to 19.30 on holidays. Adhering to these times is essential for the proper functioning of the department.
Visits may be suspended by the Management due to service needs.
Permits, for particular reasons, can be requested from the Health Department and authorized compatibly with the needs of the service.
Please ask your visitors to leave the room and wait in the waiting room during the tour and if they see staff, doctors and / or nurses enter to do their work.
For hygienic-sanitary reasons, the rooms cannot accommodate more than 2 visitors for each user. Do not sit and do not deposit objects on the hospital beds.
Access is forbidden to children under 12 years of age.
The Room
Each room has one, two or three beds, with an adjoining toilet; it is equipped with a personal cabinet for each patient and a television.
A service bar equipped with a call bell is positioned at the side of the bed. Notify the nurse on duty if you want to leave the ward, so that you can find her in case of need.
Personal effects must be stored in your bedside table and wardrobe. The Management is not responsible for money and personal items left unattended. We remind you that smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms, corridors and aisles of all floors.
Health Information
They can be requested from the medical staff at the end of the morning visit. The Director receives, by appointment, on Fridays from 6 to 7.30 pm.
Telephone information cannot be provided.
Meal Times
3 meals a day are served in the ward: breakfast: 8.30 / 8.45, lunch: 12.30 / 13 and dinner: 17.30 / 18.
Times may vary due to organizational needs.
Medical Examination
The medical examination is carried out daily on weekdays from 9.00 to 12.30 (except for variations due to particular problems or emergencies). Please stay in your room and turn off your mobile phone.
The instrumental examinations are usually performed in the morning (any fasting is communicated by the staff in the afternoon).
The rehabilitation program is carried out by physiotherapists on a daily basis on weekdays (except for changes in schedule and timetable for organizational reasons).
Additional Services With a Fee
Laundry and hairdresser services are active. Ask the staff for information.
Drinks, coffees and snacks dispensers are available at the wards.
Religious Service
Holy Mass is celebrated on Sunday afternoon in the chapel on the first floor. Contact the staff if you have mobility problems.
For rites other than the Catholic religion, please contact the Management.
Resignation
You will be notified of your discharge at least one day in advance.
The room must be vacated by 12 noon. You will be given the discharge letter with the diagnosis, the tests performed, the therapeutic plan to be followed and useful information for subsequent checks.
In the event that you request discharge “against the advice of the doctors”, you will be asked to sign a declaration relieving the Complex from any liability deriving from this decision.
Documentation Issue
You can request the Certificate of Hospitalization at any time during your stay.
A copy of the Medical Record will be issued to you after discharge upon written request to the medical management of the hospital unit and upon payment of the fees.
Noises
To avoid disturbing other patients, avoid noises, speak in a low voice during visits and moderate the volume of the radio and television.
To promote the night’s rest, silence is mandatory between 22.00 and 06.00.
Use of Shooting Tools
It is absolutely forbidden to use shooting tools (photo / audio / video) to protect the privacy of users and staff.
Recognition of Staff
The staff is recognizable through the uniform and the appropriate tag with name and qualification.
